Calendar View


When a manager opens the calendar, they see an overview of the month. This is a simple, straight forward, easy to understand presentation of the company schedule.

Add An Event


When you need to add an event click on the top of the Calendar page. Enter the date, company name, time, and details of the upcoming event. Press Enter to confirm the entry. This places the event on the Calendar date, colors in the date cell (signifying there is an event on that day), and enters the detailed text for the event.

Itinerary View


When the manager calls up the calendar they can see what is coming up because event days are in color. Our clients that have gone to an Internet calendar have never gone back to their old paper calendar. All their people can consult the company Calendar in real-time. Their receptionists also schedule meetings while we are talking on the phone.

Itinerary Print View


When you click the Printer Icon in Itinerary View the system displays a print version of the itinerary. Using the settings in itinerary (date range, employee, and color) you can set up the display and pull a hard copy. It is a simple matter to pull individual itineraries for every employee in your organization.

Task Management


Every event has the ability to have an assigned from and assigned to employee (see step 2). This allows you to use the calendar to assign tasks to employees. Each employee can see from this Task Management screen what events are assigned to them. This makes it easy to assign responsibility for tasks to employees.
